1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ca44 ("ca44", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ca44 website at https://ca44.io, its associated mobile-optimised interface, all gaming and betting products, payment services, promotional programmes, and any other services offered under the ca44 brand.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any portion of the ca44 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any person who interacts with the ca44 platform in any capacity.

ca44 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 2 Eligibility

To register and use the ca44 platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ca44 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Players under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or claim any bonus or promotional offer.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing ca44 account that has been suspended, restricted, or permanently closed by ca44 for any reason.
• You are not a director, employee, contractor, or agent of ca44, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such individual.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to verify whether your use of ca44 is lawful in your location before registering.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on ca44. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, the same IP address, or any other shared identifier — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and current residential address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ca44 will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified ca44 of unauthorised access.

ca44 reserves the right to carry out identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") checks at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, when account activity triggers a review, or when required by applicable regulations. Accepted identity documents include government-issued national identity cards, passports, and driver's licences. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be required.

4 Deposits & Payments

ca44 accepts deposits from verified players via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL). Additional payment methods may be added or removed at ca44's discretion and will be reflected on the Payments page within the platform.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of deposit. All deposits are credited to your ca44 account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposits are processed in real time for MFS methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) under normal operating conditions.
• Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 30 minutes to reflect depending on the issuing bank's processing time.
• All deposited funds must be used for betting and gaming on ca44. Deposits made without genuine gaming intent, or deposits made for the purpose of exploiting payment processing systems, are prohibited.
• ca44 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your payment provider may apply transaction charges — please verify with your payment provider before depositing.
• ca44 will only accept deposits from payment methods that are registered in the same name as the verified ca44 account holder.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed the required identity verification process. ca44 targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately 15 minutes for verified accounts using MFS methods under standard operating conditions. Processing times may vary during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits are applied on a per-transaction and daily basis and are displayed within your account dashboard. Withdrawal requests submitted after banking cut-off times for card withdrawals may be processed on the next business day.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit ("same-method rule"), subject to method availability.
• ca44 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests that are under review will not be processed until the review is complete. ca44 will notify the player by email if a withdrawal is placed under review.
• Any pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal of bonus-related winnings can be processed.
• ca44 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Third-party fees charged by your MFS provider or bank are outside ca44's control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ca44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup fixtures, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ca44 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only unless stated otherwise. Qualifying bets and games for wagering contribution purposes are listed in the individual promotion terms.
• ca44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Any wagering already in progress at the time of withdrawal will be honoured.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on ca44 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, rummy, or crash games. Detailed product rules are published within each game or betting market on the ca44 platform. The following general rules apply across all ca44 products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ca44 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system, except where ca44 determines that a bet was placed as a result of a manifest error.
• Minimum and maximum bet/stake limits apply to all markets and games and are displayed at the point of placement. Bets placed outside permitted limits may be voided.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, ca44 will rely on the official result issued by the relevant governing body (for example: BPL governing board, ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football) as the definitive result.
• ca44 reserves the right to void bets where it has reasonable grounds to believe the integrity of the event has been compromised, including in cases of suspected match-fixing.
• All casino games and crash games on ca44 use certified random number generators (RNG) provided by independently licensed game studios. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG and are not subject to manipulation by ca44 or by any player.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live bet or casino game session, ca44 will attempt to resume the session. Where resumption is not possible, bets in progress will be settled according to the applicable game rules as if the bet had been placed to its logical conclusion, or voided and refunded at ca44's discretion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ca44 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage of the verification process.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account, or using another person's account credentials.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, data scrapers, or any other technological means to access or interact with the ca44 platform other than a standard browser or the ca44 mobile interface.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent platform rules or guarantee outcomes.
• Knowingly participating in, facilitating, or benefiting from any match-fixing, spot-fixing, or result manipulation of any sporting event listed on ca44.
• Using the ca44 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. ca44 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Engaging in any form of systematic arbitrage or "sure-betting" strategy designed to exploit differences in odds across platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, where such activity is in breach of ca44 bonus or promotional terms.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured odds on the ca44 platform. Any winnings derived from a manifest error are not payable and will be voided.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory towards ca44 staff, agents, or other players via any ca44 communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ca44 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, graphics, software, game interfaces, written content, promotional materials, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the exclusive intellectual property of ca44 or its licensed partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ca44 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any ca44 content without the prior written consent of ca44.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is governed by the studio's own licensing terms as applied through ca44's integration agreements.

10 Privacy & Data

• Loss of funds arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any loss caused by events beyond ca44's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment processor failures, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, civil unrest, or government actions.
• Losses arising from reliance on information or odds displayed on the ca44 platform where such information contained a manifest error.
• The content, security, or practices of any third-party websites, services, or game studios integrated into or linked from the ca44 platform.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, ca44's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you made to your ca44 account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Termination & Account Closure

You may close your ca44 account at any time by contacting ca44 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining after the satisfaction of all pending wagering requirements will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to the standard verification and withdrawal processing procedures.

ca44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in any form of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• The player fails to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• ca44 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order.
• The player's account activity is consistent with problem gambling indicators that, in ca44's judgment, necessitate account restriction in the player's own interests under ca44's responsible gaming obligations.

Where ca44 closes an account for reasons of breach or prohibited conduct, ca44 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, to forfeit some or all of the balance to offset losses or damage caused by the breach.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ca44 holds its international offshore gaming licence. By using the ca44 platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of ca44.

Before initiating any formal legal process, you agree to first contact ca44 in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication with our support team at [email protected]. ca44 commits to responding to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days.

ca44 makes no representation that the platform and its services are appropriate, available, or legal for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players access ca44 on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to them.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ca44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at https://ca44.io/terms-conditions with the date of the most recent revision clearly indicated at the top of the document.

Where changes are material — such as changes to payment policies, eligibility criteria, or fundamental player rights — ca44 will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to all registered players or by a prominent notice displayed on the platform. For minor editorial or clarification changes, the updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the ca44 platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
